Privacy Policy — GoWai Gaming

GoWai Gaming (“we”, “our”, “us”) publishes free-to-play Android games on Google Play. This policy explains what information is involved when you use our games.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, or to provide your name, email address, or phone number, in order to play.

Data stored on your device only (not sent to GoWai servers)
Depending on the game, this may include settings (for example music, sound, haptics), progress, scores, inventories, unlocks, and similar local game state. This data stays on your device unless you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Third-party services (their policies also apply)

Google Play Billing

  • Google processes payments for in-app purchases. We do not receive your card or bank details.

  • Purchase information may be used to deliver and restore purchases (for example permanent unlocks and consumable items).

Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and/or other ad mediation partners we use)

  • When ads are enabled, the ad SDK may collect data needed to serve ads, such as device identifiers (including the advertising ID where available), ad impressions, and ad interaction data.

  • If a game offers an “Ad-Free” or similar purchase, some ads (for example interstitial ads) may be disabled. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch may still be offered.

Google Play / Android platform services

  • Standard device and store services required for distribution, updates, and purchases.

We do not operate a separate first-party analytics or crash-reporting service for the purpose of building user profiles. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How information is used

  • Run the game and save progress on your device

  • Deliver and restore in-app purchases through Google Play

  • Show advertisements through ad SDKs when applicable

  • Respond to support requests you send us

3. Children’s privacy

Our games are general-audience titles. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.

4. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of personalised ads using your device’s Google / Android ad settings

  • Remove local game data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app

  • Where offered, purchase an Ad-Free (or similar) option to reduce ads

  • Contact us with questions or data-related requests under UK GDPR or other applicable laws

5. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear storage, uninstall, or an app update resets progress. Ad and payment partners retain data according to their own policies.

6. Security

Purchase and ad SDK traffic uses industry-standard protected connections (HTTPS/TLS) as provided by those services. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. International transfers

If you use our games outside the United Kingdom, information may be processed by Google and advertising partners in countries where they operate.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our games or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
